A Neonate with Respiratory Distress

You are reviewing a ten minutes of life baby girl who was born full term via spontaneous vaginal delivery. You are being told by the nurse in labor room that baby is not vigorous and grunting five minutes post delivery. Her oxygen saturation under nasal prong is 80%. After full assessment and necessary management, you decide to admit the patient to NICU unit. Chest x ray was ordered.


1)When can you say that baby is vigorous
